1 . Factory Manager
Qualification :
- S1/ S2 degree majoring in mechanical / marine engineering.
- Male age between 35 – 45 years old
- Min 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing / marine /
steel fabrication industry of multinational company .
- Fluent in English both oral or writing .
- Computer literate .
- Good knowledge in ISO implementation .
2 . HRD . Manager .
Qualication :
- S1 degree majoring in law / management .
- Male age between 35 – 45 old .
- Min 5 years experience as HRD Manager .
- Good understsand in manpower rule .
- Fluent in english oral or writing .
- Computer literate .
- Good knowledge of ISO implantation.
